It is the most powerful body of ALOK headed by the Hon’ble president to assist and to look after the whole functioning of ALOK in the absence the President. There is a vice president. Thus, President and vice-president are the two statutory head of the ALOK, who empowered the functioning of ALOK through providing valuable suggestion and guidelines to achieve its aims objectives. At present Sri Amitabh Mukhopadhyay, Joint Secretary, Finance Division, Lok Shabhah, New Delhi & Sri Abdul Mazeed, Social Activist, Baswaria, Bettiah is the vice president. He is closely associate with social services for more than 30 years.

Co-ordinator is the most active post of the ALOK, whole executive power is invested in it. At present Sri Rameshwar Prasad, Dhoomnagar, Nautan, West Champarn is the Coordinator of the ALOK.

Core Team

Core team is responsible to maintain official records concerned with programmes of ALOK and it is equally responsible to maintain audit and accounts of ALOK also. Core team is bound to work under the guidance of coordinator of ALOK but to maintain the whole responsibility of this team an administrative coordinator is appointed from the members of the ALOK. Administrative coordinator works with accountant who is appointed on honorarium. To assist the accountant one cashier and supervisor are also appointed.

Field Workers

This is working members of the Alok. Their appointment are made on the basis of honorarium as per requirement. Their appointment may be part time or may be full time depends upon the need and necessity of programmes run by ALOK.
